James Cameron’s Wife Launching First Vegan School

Compassion is on the curriculum at the MUSE School, where, for the first time in the history of American education, kids will be eating an entirely plant-based menu.

2015-02-26 11.32.47The school, started by Suzy Amis, environmental advocate and wife of legendary director James Cameron, will serve recognizable food that appeals to children, a rep told TODAY Health.

The lineup will include items like “chili, Sloppy Joes, quesadillas, and ‘chikn fingers,'” and the menu changes will reportedly go into effect this fall.

The school is clearly dedicated to healthy living and life-affirming education, with their upcoming MUSEtalks speaker schedule including Rip Esselstyn of the Engine 2 Diet and the famous Dr. Dean Ornish.
